Hand crafted and extremely durable, the Chestnut Hunter Leather Dog Collar with center "safety" ring relieves pressure when caught on an obstacle. Fully stitched with a roller buckle D-ring and brass hardware. The highest quality leathers are tanned using the "English Bridle Leather process" for durability, weather resistance and a deep, consistent color. Matching Dog Leashes and Dog Leads are available in 4 and 6 foot lengths (Sold Separately). This allows 2" of adjustment smaller and 1" larger. 
Measuring Method #1:
Simply measure your dog's neck at the base with a measuring tape or string. Allow room to slip two fingers between the measuring tape or string and your dog's neck comfortably for the proper collar size. There is no need to add inches to the actual measurement of your dog's neck. The size of the dog's neck is the collar size needed. Use this number as your dog's NECK SIZE. Measuring Method #2:
You can also use your dog's current collar measurement if it fits correctly. Just unbuckle the collar, lay it out flat and measure from the adjustment hole being used to the center of the buckle. We have found that this is usually the most reliable measurement to use. Use this number as your dog's NECK SIZE.
